Hello and good morning everyone, Karina here to show you some inspiration I recently made. This time I used one of the Saturated Canary Sweeties. This one I played with is 'Ratatouille'. Isn't this image just too cute? Love it! I coloured her with Copics.

The papers I used for the background is from My Mind's Eye 'Lucky in Love' and I love the colours of the gorgeous papers inside. My fave colour combo at the moment; blue and pink tones. More items I used;

The Fawn

Hello everyone! I hope you are doing fine and enjoy summer just like I do. We had some wonderful and very sunny days this week. I hope it will last that way the next couple of weeks as well. But to be honest, I am not sad when there is a rainy day, as I know how to keep me busy... you guess... making cards :o).

Well, do you love Gorjuss Girls as much as I do? Here I want to show you one of my favourite. Isn't it just the cutest sitting on a little fawn? It is called The Fawn an I fell in love with it the first second I saw it.

The background papers I used are from the 6x6 Carta Bella paper pad Beautiful Moments. I coloured this sweet images with Copics. The beautiful Ruby red roses are from Kaiserkraft. The sentiment and matching die are from Whimsy Stamps. As additional embellishments I used Flat Backed Pearls and a Wooden Butterfly.

Wish you a wonderful day now! Thank you so much for your visit which is always much apprechiated.

Not a coloured image in sight...

Good evening everyone I hope you have all had a wonderful weekend, I wanted to show this super fast card I made for my lovely Husbands Birthday on Monday this week, it just shows you don't have to colour or even do something complicated to make a card for someone you love...I used on of the Whimsy Definitions Notables 4 set of stamps, this is a brilliant set with a stamp for most occasions...I teamed it up with a double sided paper from the stunningly beautiful Graphic 45 8x8 Paper Pad - Olde Curiosity Shoppe pad, I love the two pads Bunny Zoe's has so much I bought both...oops couldn't resist lol...I finished with some buttons, a ribbon knot and the sentiment is from the Wooden Ornaments - Alphabet set ...well that's all from me for today thanks for stopping by and don't forget there is candy on my blog if you haven't joined in yet

Something Different

Hi everyone, Karina here. Two days ago I had the sudden idea that I could try to make some fingerrings with the Wooden Ornaments and Resin Flowers. I still had some silver wire at home, and then I didn't find rest anymore although it already was almost midnight. It HAD to be tried out. And it worked... yay! Look how they look like...

And here a picture how they look when you wear them. Since then I wear one of them and got quite some compliments :o) The natural wood tone looks great when you have suntanned skin.

It is very easy to make. Take a thin silver wire and twist six to seven circles in the size you need that the ring fits on your finger. Wrap each of the two ends around the circle and pitch it into the wooden ornament. The both ends are now on the upper side. Wrap the both ends around themselves and cut them when they are too long. The ends of the wire should be very close at the ornament now. To finish just hot glue the resin flower onto the ornament and the ring is ready to wear. Hope my description makes sense. You can ask me if you need any help.

Wish you a wonderful day!

Tilda goes fishing

Hi everyone, Karina here. Today I want to show you my latest creation I made with one of the sweet Maggies. I used Tilda Hooked. And of course she had to have a fish on her fishing rod :o) I wanted to create a little scene with her sitting on a boardwalk with some waves under her. I created them with some Kaiserkraft Pearl Flourishes. The boardwalk is created with a piece of paper from the My Mind's Eye Miss Caroline Fiddlestich.

The papers I used for the background are from Bella Carta Beautiful Moments. As decorations I used some wooden butterfly ornaments and some flat backed pearls. The image is coloured with Distress Inks.

Thank you so much for looking. Always so much apprechiated. Have a wonderful day now.
Hugs, Karina

Where's Santa

Hi Copic Fans,

I have another Christmas card to share with you today. I have used this cute little Where's Santa Bildarmarna Stamp . I masked off the stamp with some digital background images. I have a tutorial on my blog if you want to hop over to check out how to do this.

The wooden ornament Crystals were embossed with an irredescent embossing powder so they twinkle in the light.

Aren't they just the sweetest and with the additional elements makes for a beautiful scene don't you think.

Here's the many copics that I used and after I took the photo and returned to my desk I noticed that the C5 and C7 was still on my desk, so they are not in the photo but I definitely used them on the lamp.
